We are a recognised quality distributor for mail and door to door communication. Our distribution quality is measured by Intomart GfK on a weekly basis.

Certification

Netwerk VSP is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHSAS 18001 certified. We have also achieved the Investors in People standard. Achieving the Investors in People standard demonstrates that Network VSP comes up to international standards with respect to consistent attention to personnel, quality, health and safety risks and the environment.

Quality

The quality of our door to door distribution is measured by the independent research agency Intomart GfK on a weekly basis. This research is carried out in cooperation with an independent panel with members from all over the Netherlands. Intomart GfK carries out almost 150,000 of these assessments each year. This representative research has shown that the quality of our distribution is consistently around the 90% mark. You will also achieve more in terms of delivery with Netwerk VSP! The quality of our door to door distribution is also assessed on a weekly basis by a consumer panel participating in the "Leaflet of the Week" research [link to an explanation of this research].

Budgetmail delivery quality is continuously assessed by the Team Vier independent research agency. Team Vier measures delivery quality through panel research. In advance of delivery, the regular members of the panel receive notice by e-mail, together with an example of the mailing they will receive. Using a web application the respondents indicate that they have received the mail item. This gives Netwerk VSP direct access to the results of the research.

We carry out various measurements and checks in order to keep to quality of Budgetmail at a consistently high level.
